WORKSHOP B
A new methodology to eliminate "Projects of Concern" in Defence Programs

Come and see the next Revolution of Defence Manufacturing at ADM2012

At ADM 2012 we will be Introducing the Next Revolution of Defence Manufacturing with the world's newest and best, most effective, Affordability & Producibility RoadMAP to deliver on much needed Acquisition Reform for all forms of Defence Equipment Acquisition Programs.

Your Benefits

Eliminate completely old style cost and time blowouts

For the first time, thanks to the next generation Munro AP RoadMAP process and product modeling system, smart Defence manufacturers looking to achieve a new level of product or program affordability and producibility can now completely eliminate old style cost and time blowouts

Executives can simply view two indices and know the program is under control

Now for the first time an Executive can simply view two indices; the Confidence Index and the Producibility Index, and feel comfortable that the cost, quality, weight, manufacturability, labor, serviceability, sustainability and program management are all completely under control.

Executives can have total Confidence customer outcomes are being adhered to

For the first time, Executives can have total confidence that any product or complete program can be creatively designed, developed and manufactured, while ensuring that your customer's original specifications, cost, quality and time targets or any special needs or outcomes demanded by that customer will be completely adhered to.

Understand the ramifications of design on cost, time

For the first time Engineering can instantly understand the ramifications of their design on cost, time, quality, weight, manufacturability, laboor, serviceability, and sustainment over the whole-of-life of the program.

Manufacturing is in the development loop

For the first time manufacturing is in the development loop all the way from "first customer contact, to first customer ship."

The voice of service and maintenance will be heard

For the first time smart sustainment will now include the voice of service, quality, maintenance and the environment from the very first pixel of CAD, thru development and the whole-of-life, because no-one needs a great product - with problems that can't be fixed - or that turns into an eco nightmare.

Finance can feel secure

For the first time Finance can feel secure that Engineering designs and directions can be monitored and financial analysis completed on a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant independent cost estimate tool, a tool securely shared by the Executive Staff, Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing. A tool that can house your corporate costing method or a world recognised costing tool that is very accurate & respected by Defence firms.

Promise the customer with confidence

For the first time sales and marketing can now promise the customer with confidence knowing that the customers' needs will be met - on time - on cost - every time. And with real affordability and reduced total ownership costs.

Now - For the First Time for Defence Programs - "No Surprises... EVER!"

What are the Overall Benefits to acquisition reform of this next generation RoadMAP?

Contractors -
Now have a new method to give Defence - what it wants - when it wants it - at the price it wants to pay - with far fewer problems - while still allowing the supply-chain to be profitable.

Defence - Gets Affordable, Producible equipment - on Cost - on Time - and with the results it wanted.

Warfighter - gets the equipment he wants with the functionality he needs - when he needs it.

Defence Minister - Imagine if you will - never having to announce another "Project of Concern" to the media maelstrom that is baying for the blood of someone for yet another troubled Defence program, or from the all too regular cost or time blowouts - or that the Collins has been successfully remediated.

DMO Program Manager - when you are to be held personally accountable for the project's success - you want to be sure the system delivers great results for you every time.

Taxpayer - when you are paying the bill - you want to be sure that Defence receives great value for the money provided - and none of your hard-earned taxes are wasted.
