KBR was part of the initial cadre of SRP Pilot Programs designed to examine ideas and innovation for improvement of sustainment activities. The KBR focus was on International Lessons Learned from supporting UK and US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. This session will share these lessons and the benefits that have been achieved through innovative approaches to sustaining a fighting force and link these to the Australian context to examine the ways that the ADF could adopt similar techniques.
