How to stimulate, simulate and assimilate learning for the defence industry workforce

This session will focus on ways to:

• Stimulate desire for learning, including context rich content, dynamic facilitation and a strong focus on 'what's in it for me'
• Simulate learning by catering to multiple learning styles and active experimentation with a focus on 'my workplace' and 'my challenges'
• Assimilate learning into the workplace through embedding skills and knowledge, self-reflection and transfer of learning
